Three Simulators In One
The ETC Cockpit Module is the most versatile simulator available for tactical flight training. In less than one hour, these high-fidelity modules can be inserted into the ATFS-400 Phoenix for use as a dynamic flight simulator capable of sustained G motion, used as a standalone unit or linked with in air aircraft providing maximum versatility in any training continuum.
Configuration One: A Standalone Stationary Base Simulator
In the standalone configuration, the Cockpit Module becomes a stationary-base flight simulator, that operates independently as an operational flight simulator (OFS) without motion. It is easily portable and requires no specialized infrastructure for operation.
Configuration Two: A Full Mission Simulator
When the Cockpit Module stationary-base flight simulator is data linked with other ground based HLA and DIS compliant full mission simulators, or with an actual in-flight aircraft, the cockpit module serves yet another distinct function.
Configuration Three: A Dynamic Motion Simulator
In its final configuration, the cockpit module trades its portable flight simulator status for that of a dynamic flight simulator. This configuration, when paired with ETC’s ATFS-400 PHOENIX tactical flight simulator, becomes the most cutting-edge, dynamic flight simulator available on the market today!
