Authentic Tactical Fighting System 400 (ATFS-400)
The ATFS-400 is a high fidelity, interactive tactical air combat flight simulator integrated into a state-of-the-art, high performance "flyable" human centrifuge.
Standard Features:
- 25 foot planetary arm driven by a 6000 peak HP induction drive motor
- Three precisely controlled electro-mechanical motion drive systems greatly reduce extraneous motion distractions normally associated with centrifuge training
- Cockpit Module motion; pitch and roll
- Precise G-vector control "G-Pointing" feature to match aircraft maneuvering forces
- Maximum G level of 15 Gs
- Maximum G onset and offset rates of 10 Gs per second
- Modular cockpit, which replicates tactical aircraft, with customer-specified visual dome system
- Signature Technology which provides the correct signature to emulate the "feel" of a specific tactical aircraft
